Short Description
This iron has an RRP of £369.99 as this is classed as a high end model packed with features. This model has about twice as much steam output as any standard steam iron, and it is that steam that makes the difference when it comes to fast ironing. The larger amount of steam means you need to make fewer passes over the clothes.
If you do have to get rid of stubborn creases, then this model has one of the highest steam shots on the UK market at 470 grams. Philips also have a unique feature which they call OptimalTEMP technology. They state that you don't need to set the temperature for different materials, such as satin compared to jeans, as the iron takes care of all that without the risk of burning. (not available on all Philips models)
The iron heats up in just under 2 minutes, and the large water tank will last for just over 2 hours without needing to be filled. This iron can also be used for vertical steaming.

This iron produces a lot of continuous steam which is perfect for vertical steaming.
Great for hanging curtains, freshening up bedding and even mattresses.
